What SMS messages you may receive
Messages sent from our toll-free number +1 855 609 1784 to existing Elite Touch commercial cleaning customers are operational messages about your cleaning service. They include:
- Periodic service check-ins — for example: “Hi from Elite Touch — just checking in. How is everything going with service this week? Reply 1-5.”
- Replies from our operations team to service tickets you open through the customer portal.
- Acknowledgements of any emergency or SOS requests you submit through the portal.
Elite Touch does not send marketing, promotional, or third-party messages from this number.
How you consent
Elite Touch only sends SMS to existing commercial cleaning customers. Consent is captured when you onboard with Elite Touch through your service agreement or when you provide a phone number to your account manager or through the customer portal. By providing a mobile number you agree to receive operational SMS about your Elite Touch cleaning service at that number.
If consent is collected verbally, the account manager reads the following disclosure and records the customer's response in the customer account record.
Verbal consent script (exact language)
“Elite Touch can send operational text messages about your cleaning service from +1 855 609 1784. These messages include service check-ins, responses to service requests, and SOS acknowledgements. Message frequency varies, typically 1-5 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these operational text messages at this mobile number?”
Example verbal opt-in conversation
- Elite Touch: “We can text service updates and ticket replies from +1 855 609 1784. Msg frequency varies, usually 1-5/month. Msg/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. May we text you at this number?”
- Customer: “Yes, you can text me.”
- Elite Touch: “Thank you. You can opt out any time by replying STOP.”
How verbal consent is recorded
When consent is provided verbally, Elite Touch records the consent in the customer account record, including the mobile number, date/time of consent, staff member collecting consent, channel (phone or in-person), and a note that STOP/HELP instructions were provided. These records are retained as part of the customer service file and can be produced for compliance review.
After opt-in, customers may also receive an initial operational SMS that references STOP and HELP so opt-out instructions are always available in-message.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies by customer and service cadence; a typical customer receives approximately one to five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Elite Touch does not charge for SMS.
Opting out — reply STOP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not send further SMS to your number. You can opt back in by replying UNSTOP or START.
Getting help — reply HELP
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the Elite Touch main office at (704) 266-0623 during business hours. For service emergencies outside business hours, use the SOS feature in your customer portal.
Privacy
Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only to send the operational messages described above. We do not sell or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Full policy: Privacy policy. For privacy questions, contact the Elite Touch main office.
Supported carriers
Messages are sent via major US mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
